There are 2 ways to stop the service:

1: Via text/sms: You are able to opt-out at any time. To stop the subscription send 0 to 4474 Asiacell, 2079 Korek or send stop to 3062 for Zain. You will be unsubscribed immediately.

2: Via e-mail: You can send an e-mail containing the phone number that needs to be unsubscribed to iq@Karamblam.com

When you're surfing the internet you might come across one of the Karamblam promotions, you may decide to try. Usually, you will be expected to solve a question or a puzzle, with an opportunity to win a prize. If you have solved the puzzle/question, you will be asked to fill up your mobile phone number in the column displayed. After filling in your mobile phone number, you will receive a free Karamblam confirmation message with a unique code.

When you are subscribed to Karamblam you will be charged 1 time 1200 IQD per week.

All advertisement material clearly states that this concerns a subscription service. Furthermore, after subscribing the customer receives a free of charge information message stating the costs of the service, frequency, information on how to opt-out and a link to the website address for more information on the service.

We do not send any messages to a mobile phone number if the number is not subscribed to one of our services. Maybe you do not remember subscribing to the service. Be careful when lending your mobile phone to people. The subscription is only activated when you have initiated it.

We understand this is an unpleasant situation. To unsubscribe your child from our service directly, to stop the subscription send 0 to 4474 Asiacell, 2079 Korek or send stop to 3062 for Zain. For other methods of unsubscribing, see question 1.
